RELAY CONTROL PANEL

We develop and design Relay Control Panels according to the industrial standard & customer’s requirements. We make Relay Control Panels upto 220 KV. RC panels used for Transformers, Feeder & Generator protection & Switchyards.

VCB

Vacuum circuit-breakers are characterized by their simple and robust construction. They have a long life expectancy. Their operating mechanisms have a low maintenance requirement, and the interrupters are maintenance-free during their working life. There is no adverse effect on the vacuum, even from frequent switching of operating and short-circuit currents. We are system house of ABB Ltd for VCB panels of 6.6 KV, 11KV & 33 KV.

SCADA

SCADA (supervisory control and data acquisition) is a system operating with coded signals over communication channels so as to provide control of remote equipment. The SCADA system is used to acquire information of the remote equipments for analyzing or recording purpose. SCADA systems are large-scale processes that can include multiple sites, and large distances.

MCC

Motor control center houses various starters for the various motors. It is manufactured in compartmentalized and non-compartmentalized constructions. In the continuous process industries down time in the starters are critical. In that case draw out type MCC is used. Same is having modules of different ratings and new modules can be plugged by removal of the exciting module.

PCC

PCC Panel are used for diverse industrial application. These are used to supervise and control the voltage and reactive power of power systems. These are available in wide range( from 630A to 6300A) to match every client.
PDB

In industries power supply distribution Panels are required . It distributes power from incomer to the various utilities. Based on the connected load the incomer rating is decided. In case of more than 1 incomer suitable bus couplers are provided with interlocks.

APFC Panel

Modern power networks cater to a wide variety of electrical and power electronics loads, which create a varying power demand on the supply system. In case of such varying loads, the power factor also varies as a function of the load requirements. It therefore becomes practically difficult to maintain consistent power factor by the use of fixed compensation i.e. fixed capacitors which shall need to be manually switched to suit the variations of the load. This will lead to situations where the installation can have a low power factor leading to higher demand charges and levy of power factor penalties.

Synchronizing Panel

Synchronizing Panel works between two or more different power sources like two different DG sets to manage power supply. Synchronization helps in making different DG sets behave as a virtual single unit and eliminates subdivision of total load. It helps in transferring load from one unit to another as during service period, so that the unit requiring service can be easily shut off. In this way the critical load need not be interrupted and there is no production loss. During low load we can run any single unit, and synchronize more units as the load increases. This can be manual or automatic.

Lighting Control Panels

We can design and supply Distribution & Lighting Control Panels, which find application in plants for distributing power in the lighting system, keeping in mind the specific requirements of the clients.

VFD Control Panels

These are designed to control the speed of electric motor and feed pump. VFD control panel are designed to match variable speed requirements of a process unit and so are vigorously tested on various speed parameters They are widely used in drilling, pumping and other large machine applications. The VFD panels are widely used in tube mills, paper mills, extruder plants, rolling Mills, cable industry and CTL Lines. They are even installed in hospitals, business houses and other public places..

AMF (Auto Main Failure) panel

AMF panel is the short form of Auto Main Failure panel. It is normally connected to the generator set to control the generator set function. It can call the generator set if the AMF further connected to the Main Switch Board (received power from the other source - normally from the local authority) which equipped with auto transfer switch/automatic changeover contactor. While normal supply serve to main switch board failed, the AMF board will send the power failure signal to generator set. Then the generator set will run and serve the supply to main switch board.

Control Desks

Control desk is use where operation is different side from panel. Our panels are suitable as per height for human operation and spacious operation desk, easy to operate by hand, made from good quality base Pushbutton & Indicators. Connection details fixing at panel's Door.

Bus Ducts

It is the replacement of power cables in short distances. The main advantage of using the bus duct is reduction in loss.

Cable Trays

Our expertise lies in designing cable trays and raceways as per customer’s requirement and providing these all over India and abroad. Cable tray system comprising cable trays and associated fittings forms a rigid structure used to securely fasten and support cables. These can be used both overhead and underground. Use of cable trays makes maintenance and replacement of cables much easier and enhances the life of cables.
Types of Cable Trays :
We deal in both Ladder-Type cable trays and Perforated Types cable trays. Their perforations allow air circulation and drainage and also entry/exit points for small cables. Normally these are kept open at top. However, if required, we can also provide their cover for extra protection. Cable tray cover has no perforations.

Unlike to perforated and ladder type trays, there are Solid Bottom Trays available. These are also called Cable Channels or Cable Troughs. However, these are not popular and seldom used.

Thickness :
Depending on load of cables, the thickness of cable trays may vary from 1 mm to 4 mm.

Finishing :
• Pre-galvanized (recommended for indoor use)
• Hot dip galvanized (recommended for indoor / outdoor use)
• Painted (recommended for indoor use)
• Powder coated (recommended for indoor use)
• Epoxy coated (recommended for indoor / outdoor use)
